Leaving a Product Review

Writing a review helps other buyers make informed decisions and gives sellers valuable feedback. On GaijinMall, you can leave a review after successfully receiving a product.

When Can I Leave a Review?

You can leave a review only after your order has been marked as delivered. Reviews must be based on your actual purchase experience.

Steps to Leave a Review

1. Go to Your Orders

   • Click your profile icon and select Orders from the menu.
   • Find the item you want to review.

2. Click “Leave a Review”

   • On the delivered item, tap the Leave a Review button.

3. Rate the Product

   • Choose a star rating from 1 to 5.

4. Write Your Review

   • Share your thoughts about the product quality, delivery, and seller experience.
   • Be honest and constructive.

5. Add Photos (Optional)

   • Upload images of the product to support your review.

6. Submit Your Review

   • Click Submit to publish your review.

Review Guidelines

• Use respectful language.
• Be specific, mention what you liked or didn’t like.
• Avoid sharing personal information (e.g. phone numbers).
