1. Didn’t Receive Verification Code (OTP)

Problem: You clicked “Verify” but never received the code via email or SMS.

Solutions:

  • Check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders.
  • For phone numbers, ensure you have network coverage and SMS is enabled.
  • Click “Resend Code” and wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Make sure your contact info is typed correctly in your profile settings.

2. “Email or Phone Already in Use”

Problem: You’re trying to verify a phone number or email but get a message that it’s already linked to another account.

Solutions:

  • Double-check if you’ve used the same details to create another account.
  • Try logging in with the other account and update or delete the duplicate info.
  • If you believe this is an error, contact support with proof of ownership.

3. Can’t Reset Password

Problem: You didn’t receive the reset email/SMS, or the reset link/code isn’t working.

Solutions:

  • Recheck the number/email entered on the reset screen.
  • If you used email, check spam/junk folder.

  • Make sure the sale is marked as Completed by the system.
  • Payouts only show after they’re approved.
  • Use the correct tab: “Sales History” or “Payout History”.
  • Try filtering or searching with order numbers or date ranges.
